Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. The spectacular views from the beachfront rooms were simply breathtaking. The staff is very attentive and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The food was delicious and of high quality. The hotel had a great spa for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Some things could be improved. The location was a bit far from the main attractions, so we had to take a taxi to visit the city. Additionally, the air conditioning in the lobby was not working very well, making it too hot to relax. Finally, although the rooms were clean and comfortable, the thin walls allowed for noise from neighboring rooms to be heard, sometimes disturbing our rest.

Situated in a serene and calm area near the beach, this hotel promises a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. the rooms are equipped with comfortable bedding and modern amenities, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and dining facilities are spectacular, offering a rich variety of dishes to choose from.

The air conditioning wasn't effective in keeping the temperature down, causing discomfort especially in the lobby area and corridors.

We stayed at this hotel for a romantic getaway and had a wonderful time! The room was spotless and comfortable and the bed was heavenly. The staff was incredibly friendly and we appreciated their help with ordering taxis to explore the city. The hotel's location was perfect for us, offering a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the main city, yet just a short ride away when we wanted to venture out. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a spa and we were able to indulge in a couple's massage.

While we had an overall great experience, we did have a few minor complaints. The hotel could use more sunbeds on their private beach and the AC was not always consistent throughout the hotel, causing us to feel uncomfortably hot, especially in the lobby area.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. the luxurious amenities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and the spa centre, were exceptional, allowing us to fully relax and indulge in our holiday. the staff provided excellent service and were always available to meet any needs we had.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the restaurant. Although the food was tasty, the portions were not satisfying and we were left slightly hungry.

We loved this hotel located in a peaceful and secluded area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel facilities were impressive and the cleanliness standards exceeded our expectations. We also appreciated the staff's willingness to assist despite limited English proficiency. Furthermore, the hotel's prime location on the beach provided us with easy access to the cable car attraction.

Staff was welcoming and helpful, despite language barriers. Rooms were clean and up to standard. Restaurant staff were amazing. Quiet neighborhood location.
